BOXING
Working with Forza definitely helped me improve my mental strength, understanding the way my mind works better and finding solutions when I encounter problems.

Emmanuelle is a great mental coach, she’s a great listener and a problem solver. She’s definitely helping me breaking down performance anxiety and face it with a good breakdown plan that is easy to understand.

GOLF
After 20 years of practicing golf, I thought I had covered all the different aspects of this wonderful, difficult but sometimes ungrateful sport: physical preparation, technique, practice, strategy, etc. However, I was missing an essential part: Mental preparation.

How to stay focused, how to calm euphoria after a great shot, how to manage frustrations and anger after a bad shot, or how to stay in the moment.

This work on oneself cannot be carried out alone. All the great athletes, whatever their level and their sport, have a «mental coach». This mental preparation must be continuous and is essential for an enjoyable and optimal performance.
As Jack Nicklaus’ idol, Bobby Jones said:

“Competitive golf is played mainly on a five-and-a-half-inch course... the space between your ears.”
