I prezzi sono in dollari canadesi tassa esclusa.  Equivalente in euro ( prezzi variano a seconda dei tassi di cambio):

1 sessione 81€/ 4 sessioni = 294 €/ 12 sessioni = 751€

Puoi decidere di prendere le tue sessioni una volta alla settimana o secondo il tuo programma, a seconda della data della tua prossima competizione, per esempio.

 

Una sessione si svolge tramite chiamata vocale o videochiamata e dura 1 ora. Puoi anche fare qualsiasi domanda al tuo mental coach durante tutta la durata del tuo piano.

  • What is Mental Coaching?
    Mental coaching is based on sport psychology which is the scientific study of how psychological factors affect performance. A Mental Coach teaches cognitive and behavioural strategies to athletes in order to improve their experience and performance in sports. Sport Psychology’s interests are the athlete’s mind and behavior and include among others, focus, thoughts, feelings, motivation, brain function, psychological strength and resilience. In addition to teaching and developping psychological skills for performance improvement, mental coaching includes work with athletes, coaches, young athletes and parents regarding injury, rehabilitation, communication, team building, and career transitions. Sport psychology is an interdisciplinary social science that draws on knowledge from many related fields including biomechanics, physiology, kinesiology and neuroscience.
  • How does a session go?
    Practically a session with your mental coach is a friendly discussion in a constructive atmosphere.Your mental coach is an athlete too, remember, so no lying on the couch type of thing. Just choose a quiet space where you can talk privately. Make sure you have a good internet connection for the video call or phone call, through your favourite media (WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom…). The session duration is 1 hour and has the purpose to improve your mental game, perform more efficiently, and make lasting changes. From one session to another you might be asked to complete exercises to apply mental game skills practice.
  • Will our sessions be confidential?
    Yes, with a mental coach you have the same ethic and confidentiality as with any psychologist. Relax, what is said between us stays between us. When you are happy with our services, we will always ask your permission to use your testimonial and likeness, but the content of our discussions always stays in professional secrecy.
  • What Mental Coaching/Sport Psychology is NOT
    Mental Coaching/Sports Psychology is not hypnosis, hypnotherapy nor transcendental meditation, is not spirituality, such as esoteric, religious or supernatural beliefs, and is not pseudosciences, such as: extrasensory perception, hypnotic regression and repressed memory, etc.
